U13 Div1B North League
Kinvara v Athenry
Sunday 6th April 11am in Kinvara.

Its all to play for as Kinvara must win their final group match to have any chance of making this years North League final. Not only do Kinvara have to beat Athenry, but must rely on table-toppers Ballinasloe to beat Mountbellew-Moylough in the other remaining fixture. If that happens, then Kinvara will be level with Mountbellew and there may have to be a playoff (tbc).
But Kinvara can only concentrate on the game ahead and the visit of Athenry will prove another tough one for the seasiders. Athenry still seek their first win, but have been most unlucky in their games to date, and only lost to Mountbellew by the minimum. They will not want to finish bottom of the group, and a win for them will also see them in the Shield final.
For Kinvara, a win may see them in the League final, a draw will see them in the Shield final, while defeat will have propping up the table. No more incentive required!
