This Sunday see's a crunch Junior C Championship match as Kinvara welcome over the visit of Tynagh-Abbey-Duniry. This match was originally fixed for yesterday (Weds) eve but has now been moved to this coming Sunday. Kinvara managers Tommie Hanlon and Aidan Fahy will eye this as a must win match, but will have it all to do against an impressive TAD side. A win for TAD will see them secure a quarter-final spot ahead of their remaining match against Liam Mellows. A win for Kinvara will give them the initiative in the hunt for the knockout stages and a top four finish. Kinvara will have remaining matches against St. Thomas' and Clarinbridge, but there is no doubt that this is the match that they will be geared up for. A recent visit to and win over Carnmore has the Kinvara lads in good form and they will be confident of a good performance at the very least this Sunday, but will of course be aiming for the vital win also. Note: Top 4 sides qualify for the Championship quarter-finals. Kilbeacanty and Clarinbridge are already through. Note: Bottom 4 sides are in the Shield quarter-finals.
